Annapolis, United States – October 2012
The Scientific Working Group will convene again in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States in October 2012 to finalize the Field Guide for Carbon Accounting in Mangroves, Seagrasses and Tidal Salt Marshes. Experts will also focus on next steps for developing the Global Carbon Accounting Data Archive. Expert members of the Working Group will collaborate with local blue carbon scientists and other stakeholders to explore opportunities to advance blue carbon science and for tidal salt marshes, in particular.
